Handling of Personal Information

Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") handles the information used by the mobile application HARAKU ("the App") in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws, as described below. This page organizes the contents of our Privacy Policy by type of information.
The App has no account registration or sign-in, and does not obtain your name, email address, phone number, address, precise location (GPS), contacts, photos or the like. We do not operate a server and do not collect or store your information on any server of ours.

Simulation parameters are kept only temporarily on your device and are discarded when the App closes.
3. Provision to third parties
We do not sell your information to third parties. As shown in the table above, Pangle obtains information through the SDK built into the App to the extent necessary for delivering ads. Except as required by law, we do not provide information to any other third party.
4. Provision to third parties in foreign countries
Bytedance Pte. Ltd., which operates Pangle, is a company based in Singapore. For its personal information protection practices, please see the Pangle Privacy Policy.
5. How to stop information from being sent
Personalized ads (Android): On first launch, choose "Don't allow" on the screen shown before the ad SDK starts, and non-personalized ads will be shown. The ad SDK does not start until you answer. You can change your choice at any time in "About" > "Ad settings". Your choice is stored only on your device and is excluded from Android backups and device transfers.
Tracking (iOS): In the dialog shown after launch (the ad SDK does not start until you answer), choose "Ask App Not to Track" and the IDFA will not be used; non-personalized ads will be shown. You can change this later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Personalized ads (iOS): Choose "Don't allow" in "About" > "Ad settings" to turn off personalized ads even if you allow tracking.
Advertising ID (Android): You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on the device).
All sending: Once you uninstall the App, nothing more is sent.
6. Security measures
We minimize the risk of leaks by not storing your information on any server. The App stores only the theme setting and your personalized-ads choice on your device, and neither is sent anywhere. We use the official ad SDK obtained from a trusted source and keep it updated. We also take necessary measures, such as access restrictions, for the devices and accounts used to develop and operate the App.
7. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use
Since we hold no user information, there is in principle no data subject to disclosure, correction or deletion. If you have a request or question, please email the contact below. We will check it and respond without delay in accordance with the law. For information obtained by Pangle, please contact the contact point listed in the Pangle Privacy Policy above. You can stop the use of the advertising identifier at any time by the methods in 5. above.
